No. Everything on your account renews on one invoice, charged to one card. Each product keeps its own plan, so you can change one without touching the others.
Credits you already have keep working exactly as before until they expire. New sending is sold as monthly or yearly plans, with a free plan of 500 emails a day. Once you are on a plan you can buy top-ups in your dashboard for busy months.
Send is built for emails a person triggers, like a receipt or a code. Newsletters and promotions belong on Marketing, which has contacts, unsubscribe handling and its own sending IPs.
